1. Spray water or the NuSkin Moisturising Mist on your face and neck. Cleanse your cheeks, forehead, chin, nose, and neck using a pea-sized amount of cleanser. 
2. Turn on the Lumispa and gently massage the lymphatic system, careful not to press too hard. The Lumi-spa will pause for a few seconds after each 30-second interval, indicating that you have moved to a new location on your face. 
3. The Lumi-spa will stop after 2 minutes; remove the head and wash it under hot water.
